The French Connection

The season begins in France as we pay tribute to Francis Poulenc. The centerpiece of this performance will be his exuberantly beautiful Gloria. We’ll also feature his Concerto for Organ, Strings, and Timpani in G Minor, a work of profound beauty that opens with a thunderously Gothic, Bach-like andante flourish. You won’t want to miss it!

Sweet Sounds of the Holidays

Reconnect with family and friends with this annual holiday tradition. We’ll be joined by the Kettering Children’s Choir Chorale and the Kettering Advent Ringers. Join in the singing of familiar carols that connect us to celebrations past. The evening is sure to lift your spirits and bring closer the memory of family and friends.

Sebastian and Sons

A family that plays together stays together! Johann Sebastian and his sons Wilhelm Friedemann, Carl Philipp Emanuel, and Johann Christian left a legacy of music that inspires all musicians. For this family affair, Bach’s sons will join us on stage courtesy of our friends at the Human Race Theatre Co. Come witness what it means to carry on the family business!

Romantic Connections

Romanticism is known for its intense energy and passion and as a period when music grew closer to art, literature, and theatre. It gave rise to some of the greatest composers that ever lived. This concert includes Brahms’s exquisite Alto Rhapsody and “Hear My Prayer” by Mendelssohn. Connect to the romantic in you and take a walk on the wild side!
