The Bach Society of Dayton is planning a Season to Remember
full of inspiring and heroic music for 2011-12. We hope you will
make plans to join us!

The season begins with G. F. Handel’s rousing oratorio in honor
of Judas Maccabaeus, the Jewish leader who is honored at
Hanukkah and praised in the famous chorus “Hail, the Conquering
Hero Comes.” In December, the Bach Society presents its annual
tradition of festive holiday music.  In March, the Bach Society joins
forces with the renowned Central State University Chorus for two identical concerts of thrilling classical and African-American works.  The season concludes with a program honoring our namesake, J.S. Bach, with a selection of his works.

All of this wonderful music needs an audience, and we need you to share it with us by attending, hopefully as season subscribers. Of equal importance, we also need your financial support to allow us to continue performing music you will hear nowhere else in the Miami Valley. I look forward to seeing you at our concerts!
